A space where movement feels enjoyable, where you can show up as you are, and where you feel supported regardless of your level of fitness. Whether you’re just starting out or already on your journey, there is always space for you here.
I remember when I first stepped into a gym — I felt scared, nervous and completely out of place. I didn’t know what I was doing, I didn’t understand how to move my body properly, and I constantly felt like I didn’t belong.
But everything changed when I found a sense of community. It stopped being about knowing everything, and instead became about learning, growing and being supported by people who genuinely cared.
That is exactly why The Strength & Wellness Hive was created — to give others that same feeling.
My own journey started with wanting to make a change, and over time I lost 6 stone naturally through building better habits, learning about movement, and finding a way of training that worked for me.
Fitness has completely changed my life — not just physically, but mentally and socially too. It has given me confidence, structure, clarity and a sense of identity. It’s helped me feel stronger in every sense of the word.
It’s also had a huge impact on the people around me. The way I show up, the energy I bring, and the confidence I’ve built has naturally influenced others too.
And that’s why I do what I do now — because I truly believe in the power of movement, and I want to share that with as many people as possible.
